Mark and Clare are the husband-and-wife team behind your trusted, family-run butchers shop. With over 30 years of combined experience in the meat industry, they bring passion, knowledge, and a genuine commitment to quality and service to everything they do.
Mark’s journey began on the renowned Bury Market, where he built a loyal following through his skill, dedication and focus on top-quality meat. Clare, before joining the family business, worked in the hair industry for 22 years – developing a strong background in customer service and building meaningful relationships with her clients. That same warmth and attention to detail now shine through in the shop, where every customer is greeted with a friendly face and personal care.
Together they’ve created a welcoming, traditional butchers shop that combines expert knowledge with a personal touch. From hand-selected cuts and homemade sausages, to helpful cooking tips and honest advice, Mark and Clare are proud to serve their community with quality you can trust and service that feels like family.

14 July 2022 Bought some various sausages and burgers ,very reasonable prices. Tried the lamb burgers , Quarter pounders and the Moroccan sausages up to now ,all absolutely quality. Can’t wait for some nice weather to break out the bbq. Mark and family behind the counter were brilliant will be back often.
