Mark and Clare are the husband-and-wife team behind your trusted, family-run butchers shop. With over 30 years of combined experience in the meat industry, they bring passion, knowledge, and a genuine commitment to quality and service to everything they do.
Mark’s journey began on the renowned Bury Market, where he built a loyal following through his skill, dedication and focus on top-quality meat. Clare, before joining the family business, worked in the hair industry for 22 years – developing a strong background in customer service and building meaningful relationships with her clients. That same warmth and attention to detail now shine through in the shop, where every customer is greeted with a friendly face and personal care.
Together they’ve created a welcoming, traditional butchers shop that combines expert knowledge with a personal touch. From hand-selected cuts and homemade sausages, to helpful cooking tips and honest advice, Mark and Clare are proud to serve their community with quality you can trust and service that feels like family.

5 July 2022 - We tried the boiled ham it was delicious far better quality than any supermarket. We also tried the pork chops which were outstanding the best pork chops we have ever tasted excellent. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward trying other high quality products.
